The service is AS EASY AS 1 - 2 - 3.
1 - Set up an account and sign a Contract with PURELY PARKING INC to give us the authority under the LAW OF CONTRACT to provide a FREE OF CHARGE service to monitor your private property for parking violators.
2 - Make sure the property has the signage needed as PERSCRIBED BY LAW stating "Unauthorized Parking" with a towing providers contact information clearly displayed and posted on your property. Please click link below for City of Winnipeg Private Property By-Law.

3 - Allow us at PURELY PARKING INC to randomly patrol your lot, attend at designated times, or call us so we may attend to deliver a notice, and have the unauthorized vehicle removed at NO COST TO YOU.
CONTRACT
A contract will be provided upon request for service. A representative of Purely Parking Inc will meet with the property manager/owner to review the details of services required. This will ensure that both the property owner/manager and Purely Parking Inc both know the scope of services that will be provided on each site.
Contract can be terminated with 24 hrs notice providing it is done by email.
